"My first experience with John's,
Well I decided to try these guys out based on their reviews and ladies and gentlemen...they did not disappoint! My primary focus on services that I frequent have 3 categories, honesty, Integrity, and reliability. After having done a bit of research on what I assumed was wrong with my vehicle, I had a pretty good understanding of several price ranges for the kinds of repairs. When asked for a quote on these services, I was quoted well under what the average cost showed up as on google. After having my vehicle for a whopping 1 hour (assuming that it would take several days) I got a phone call from John saying that not only was the problem not what I thought it was, but again, it would be far less expensive to repair than even the quote that he gave me.upon hearing this I decided to have him fix other issues that I was aware of, as I had already planned on the vehicle being in the shop for a week. He replaced busted window regulators for half the cost of what my old mechanics charged me, and then fixed my ac which required him to tear apart the dash to get to, and had everything back together in less than a day. All in all, it was 3 days to have my engine repaired, my windows fixed and my ac completely disassembled and repaired and for thousands less than other mechanics would have charged me. So,Honesty: yes,
he didn't overcharge me and actually fixed my problems for cheaper than he initially quoted. He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't add anything that didn't need to be done. He earned every penny that was charged and I would happily do it again.Integrity: yes
he gave me honest assessments from the start and upheld what he said and then checked in with me every step of the way to keep me well updated and informed of what had been done and to see if there was anything further I would like looked at.Reliability: well, he did everything I asked of him and did quality work for a reasonable price, and met a timeline that was very important. So, that would be another Yes.If you need work done on your vehicle, don't gamble with other mechanics, these guys are incredible and I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else! I'm truly upset that I wasted my time and money with other mechanics in the past when I could have been coming here the whole time. Great work guys. I look forward to working with you again in the future!"
