"Found John's Automotive on Yelp. While I was only there to get an estimate for repairing the A/C in my son's car I was impressed with their politeness and professionalism with me and numerous other customers that came through the office while I waited. Some customers even drove 20-30 minutes through Jacksonville traffic to bring their vehicle to John's. I only ended up with an oil change and an estimate but I will bring my cars here in the future to see if their service matches the quality of their interaction with their customers."
