"John's was great! Called in my issue, they were honest and admitted they were busy, but assured me they would get to my truck and get back to me before closing. Well they did, and assured me the issue would be fixed by the next morning. I wasn't even awake yet and my phone rings, it was John's letting me know my truck was 100% and ready to be picked up! I am very happy! My truck is a 2008 Toyota Tacoma and had vibration and squeaking from the rear, the fix was a u-joint."
